Deposits
One-Time Hires:
A 50% or £50 (whichever is the greater) deposit (BACS only) is required for one-time hires, payable at the time of booking. The booking cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received. Provided all conditions of the hire are fulfilled, your deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer within 7 days of your function.
For private events held past 20:00, we will require a £250 refundable deposit.
Regular Hires:
Please refer to the “Regular Hire Deposit and Fines” section in the Terms and Conditions. Hire rates apply to events finishing before 20:00.
There is an excess charge for hours between 20:00 – 22:00 for non-regular hirers at weekends, Friday to Sunday.
